Basement Remodel

The basement remodel shown here took a gloomy dark paneled, drop ceiling existing area and turned it into a Bright, Pleasant, and Inviting room for the whole family. Work included

all new drywall, new can lights, new column wraps and soffit framing, new textured drywall ceiling, and new laminate flooring. Now this new 1100 square foot space not only bring charm and comfort,

it also adds tremendous equity to the home.

Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom was completely gutted except for the tub. Tumbled Marble Tile was added around the tub and on the floor bordered by new white painted trim. New faucets and updated values added at the tub.

The new black painted vanity and mirror complement the new beige paint. And finally the vanity is topped off with a Granite Tile Top and Backsplash

Bathroom Remodel

This Bathroom is in the same house as above and was also gutted. Here we completely removed the shower area which was small dark and cramped and replaced it with a new shower pan and drain, new shower fixtures, 3'' x 4" Tumbled Marble Tile in a Subway pattern, and capped of with a new shower door. The floor has 12 x 12 Marble tile and a new toliet was installed. Sleek white trim is added and a new Asian inspired Vanity and mirror complete the look. A Mosaic Tile Backsplash and Granite Tile Top round off the new space.

Vanity Face Lift

On a tight budget this face lift comprised of New Ceramic Tile, Fresh Paint, Bolder new Trim, and revitalizing the existing Vanity. The Builder's grade oak cabinet was painted white and

a new furniture like base was added. The Countertop is Very Dark Green Granite Tile with backsplash and new sinks and new faucets. To finish the look a new light fixture and silver painted mirror were added.
